Approved Electrical Inspectors
All CK-COG inspectors are certified and can provide inspections for residential electrical service. If your project includes electric service additions or modifications, you will need to choose the inspectors from the CK-COG or hire one of the listed third party electrical inspectors to complete the electrical inspection portion of the building inspection process. It is not mandatory that homeowners or contractors use the electrical inspection services of the CK-COG, however residential building permits now include the electrical inspections as part of the permit fee.
At this time commercial electrical inspections will continue to be performed by one of the approved Non-COG third party agencies listed below. These agencies will have their own fee schedule for inspections that are in addition to the basic building permit fee:
