 UCC

Why a Uniform Construction Code?

Implementation of a Uniform Construction Code (UCC) ensures that all construction in Pennsylvania is completed to the same standards.  These consistent standards ensure that construction methods meet or exceed industry standard levels of quality.

Routine and consistent inspection and certification thoughout the course of construction ensures that all aspects of the construction meet these standards, protecting both contractor and property owner by the documentation of adherence to the UCC.
