Request for Proposal – Building Permitting Software

The Central Keystone Council of Governments is Seeking Professional Services Regarding Implementing a Building Permitting and Code Enforcement Inspection System

The Central Keystone Council of Governments (CKCOG), Pennsylvania is inviting consultants to submit proposals for obtaining software services to update the CKCOG’s Building Permitting and Code Enforcement processes, including integration of the COG’s existing database systems and local GIS.

The contractor will provide data migration, implementation, training, and software maintenance and technical support on a monthly or yearly fee schedule.

Contractors can access the detailed RFP on the CKCOG’s website (http://www.ckcog.com) from the “News” page or by searching RFP on our website. The RFPs will be accepted at the CKCOG Office no later than Monday, July 31, 2017, at 1:00 pm (EST).

Each proposing firm will be responsible for the timely delivery of their proposal.  All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Central Keystone Council of Governments office and clearly marked “CKCOG Permit Software – Proposal”. The CKCOG will not be responsible for proposals that are mis-marked, delayed in the mail, or delivered to the wrong office.
